Created by RaiseUpFaith in partnership with The BibleProject, this curriculum centers around the beautifully crafted BibleProject videos and includes icebreakers, discussion and prayer to help young people experience the Bible as a unified story that leads to Jesus.
Journey with your students as they discover each book of the unveiling of God's great story. The BibleProject for Youth is designed to help middle-school and early high schoolers consider, digest, and discuss questions they have about the Bible and a life with Jesus.
The BibleProject for Youth lessons comprise the following sections:
WARM-UP – get everyone comfortable and connected, ready to engage.
WATCH – amazing BibleProject videos provide the biblical overview.
WORK-IT-OUT – discussion, puzzles and activity pages help young people process their learning.
WRAP-IT-UP – finish the lesson with a challenge for the week ahead and an opportunity to pray together.

There are 8 series, comprising 52 lessons in BibleProject for Youth. Series vary in number of lessons in each.
1.1 THE INTRO – 1 lesson. An overview of the whole Bible, in which students will learn how to approach this brilliantly designed book with greater insight and wisdom, learning how it took shape and how to read it today with a deeper understanding.
1.2 THE PENTATEUCH – 4 lessons. Journey together through the first five books of the Bible and discover why they are still important for us today.
1.3 THE HISTORICAL BOOKS – 7 lessons. Learn about the content and constructs of the Historical Books and how they connect God's story leading to Jesus.
1.4 THE WISDOM WRITINGS – 6 lessons. Discover the writings of biblical wisdom: Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Songs, and Lamentations.
1.5 THE PROPHETS – 13 lessons. Explore the books of the major and minor prophets of the Old Testament while gaining a deeper understanding of the role of these prophets in the larger biblical story.
1.6 THE GOSPELS & ACTS OF THE APOSTLES – 3 lessons. Students will discover the ‘through-line’ of Jesus in the biblical story as they gain an understanding of the format, context, and content of the Gospel books of Matthew and John, then on into the Acts of the Apostles.
1.7 THE EPISTLES – 16 lessons. A thorough overview of the books known as The Epistles (aka The Letters). As students journey through the New Testament letters, they will discover various contextual realities such as assumed authorship, original recipients, and the cultural scenarios that sparked the need for the letter.
1.8 THE REVELATION – 2 lessons. An overview of the book written to churches as both an encouragement and a challenge. Discover how it uses visions and symbolic imagery to offer a glimpse of God’s plan for a new creation!
